We use wooden chopsticks too but ours are either painted or lacquered so we can wash them easily and they last longer. And yes we have to pay for them. Price depends on what kind you buy and where you buy them. Does it get cooler there when it rains? I love listening to the rain as long as I'm not getting wet. It'll put me to sleep.
